1. Signing DPA

Once you have signed the DPA, we will reach out to you to organise the setup of the Abtrace Proactive Monitoring tool.

What you need to do:

☐ Sign the DPA. < 5 minutes

During this call, we will set up the data extraction pipeline. This session will take about 60 minutes.

What you need to do:

☐ Ensure we have access to the gateway computer for this call.
☐ Ensure your practice to be part of a Strategic Reporting Organisation Group on SystmOne.
☐ Ensure we have access to a SystmOne user with (1) Strategic reporting rights and (2) Job scheduling rights.
☐ Book you setup meeting. <2 minutes

3. Onboarding Admins

During this call, we will show you how to add, manage and remove users, as well as how to use the tool.
This session takes about 45 minutes.

What you need to do:

During this call, we will show your users how to use the Abtrace Proactive Monitoring tool.
This session takes about 30 minutes.

What you need to do:
